Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jowa9 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and all its users ("you", "user"). By using jowa9's website, application or any service, you are automatically deemed to have fully read, understood and accepted these Terms.

Account Verification

jowa9 may conduct a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. The following documents may be requested during this process:

• A copy of your National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• A utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.
• Documents proving ownership of the payment method.

The withdrawal process may be suspended until verification is complete.

Deposits

Popular payment methods in Bangladesh are supported for depositing funds at jowa9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (applicable for all methods).
• Deposits must be made from the method registered to the account. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Funds will be reflected in the account after the deposit transaction is successfully verified.
• If a deposit fails for any reason, please contact our support team.

Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the payment account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirement of an active bonus is met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not complete.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

• A total of 15 times the combined bonus and deposit amount must be wagered.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in cancellation of all accounts.

VIP and Cashback Program

jowa9's VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity. Specific cashback calculations can be found in the promotions section of the platform.

Bonus Abuse Policy

jowa9 actively monitors for all forms of bonus abuse. The following activities will be considered abuse:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts by the same person.
• Creating artificial betting patterns to circumvent promotion terms.
• Using low-risk betting strategies with the intent of converting bonus funds directly into withdrawable money.

If abuse is proven, the relevant bonus and winnings will be cancelled and the account may be suspended or permanently closed.

Game Rules

All games available on jowa9 are operated by recognised third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe and others. The individual rules for each game can be found within the game interface.

• Game outcomes are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer operations.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, jowa9 will attempt to refund bets where applicable.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the game provider's logs will be considered final evidence.
• jowa9 is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jowa9 platform:

• Playing games using software bots, automated scripts or unauthorised technology.
• Colluding with other users.
• Attempting to hack, spam or carry out any cyber attack on the platform's systems.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

An account will be immediately closed for any of the above activities and the relevant authorities may be notified.
